摘要
在铁路运输作业中,客运列车的到达和出发均会严格按照列车运行图规定好的时刻和路线来运行。而调车进路的办理具有一定的灵活性,很大程度受到调度员技术水平的影响。在客车接发车的同时,进行调车作业需要满足一定的要求,否则会产生安全风险。为了高效、准确地检测出车站既往的调车作业是否违反了《铁路技术管理规程》第301条的规定,研究了一种基于信号系统站场显示回放文件的进路冲突检测算法,通过分析回放文件中某一时刻各个信号设备的状态,结合车站的联锁进路表,判断是否同时存在具有冲撞可能的两条进路。运算后产生的报警记录为评估车站调度指挥管理水平提供相应的统计数据,是排查安全隐患、量化评估调度员业务水平的有效技术手段。
In railway transportation operations,the arrival and departure of passenger trains will strictly follow the train diagram.The handling of shunting routes is greatly influenced by the technical level of dispatchers.While receiving and departing passenger trains,shunting operations must meet certain requirements,otherwise safety risks may arise.In order to detect whether the previous shunting operations have violated the No.301 provision of the Railway Technical Management Regulations,a route conflict detection algorithm based on the playback files was studied.By analyzing the status of signal equipment,combined with the interlocking route table of the station,it is determined whether there are two routes with the possibility of collision at the same time.The records generated provide corresponding statistical data for evaluating the level of station dispatching and command management.They are an effective technical means for identifying safety hazards and quantitatively evaluating the operational level of dispatchers,thereby further reducing the possibility of shunting intruding into trains and avoiding safety accidents.
