胶结料组成对PGA+AC高温性能的影响研究

摘要 为研究不同胶结料组成对复合浇注式沥青钢桥面铺装性能的影响及国产材料对复合浇注式沥青铺装方案的适用性,本研究基于室内试验分别开展了不同胶结料组成对浇注式沥青混合料动态模量与动稳定度及组合结构动稳定度的影响研究,研究结果表明,在较低加载频率下,采用国产30#+TLA组别动态模量高于进口30#+TLA,且随着加载频率的增加,两者动态模量差距逐渐减小,而国产15#组别动态模量在试验频率下显著高于进口30#+TLA组别。本研究成果为掌握胶结料组成对复合浇注式沥青钢桥面铺装性能的影响规律以及该铺装方案的国产化研究奠定了基础。 In order to study the effects of different cementing composition on the pavement performance of the composite cast asphalt steel bridge deck and the applicability of domestic materials to the composite cast asphalt pavement scheme,this paper carried out a study on the effects of different cementing composition on the dynamic modulus and dynamic stability of the cast asphalt mixture and the dynamic stability of the combined structure based on laboratory tests.The research results show that,at a lower loading frequency,The dynamic modulus of the domestic 30#+TLA group is higher than that of the imported 30#+TLA group,and the gap between the two dynamic moduli gradually decreases with the increase of loading frequency,while the dynamic modulus of the domestic 15#group is significantly higher than that of the imported 30#+TLA group at the test frequency.The research results of this paper lay a foundation for understanding the influence of cement composition on the pavement performance of composite cast asphalt steel bridge deck and the study of the localization of the pavement scheme.
