摘要
本研究以某综合办公楼项目为例,探究了建筑模块吊装技术和后浇混凝土整体连接技术的运用。建筑模块完成工厂预制后,运输到施工现场,经质量检验符合施工要求后安排进场。由吊车将建筑模块吊升至施工平台并完成安装。建筑模块采用焊接方式连接,使用超声波无损探伤检测,未发现焊接瑕疵。在后浇混凝土墙板和楼板的连接施工中,分别从混凝土质量验收、浇筑和养护等方面采取管理措施,保证混凝土强度达标,进一步提高了模块化装配式建筑结构的稳定性与安全性。
This paper takes a comprehensive office building project as an example to explore the application of building module hoisting technology and post-cast concrete integral connection technology.After the building modules are prefabricated in the factory,they are transported to the construction site and arranged to enter the site after quality inspection meets the construction requirements.The building module is lifted to the construction platform by the crane and installed.The building modules were connected by welding,and no welding defects were found by ultrasonic nondestructive testing.In the connection construction of post-cast concrete wall slab and floor slab,management measures are taken from the aspects of concrete quality acceptance,pouring and maintenance to ensure the concrete strength meets the standard,and further improve the stability and safety of modular prefabricated building structure.
