摘要
城市集中供热是一项关乎人民生活和城市发展的重大课题。供热系统的设计优劣直接影响着供热系统的建设质量和供热效果。本研究先介绍了目前供热管网优化设计的现状及存在的问题。接着明确了室外供热管网设计的关键节点,包括热负荷量和管径的选择和计算、管道敷设方式的选择、室外管网水力平衡设计的原则。此后介绍了管网设计应该优化的内容主要有管道节点设计优化、管径选择优化、供热网网络的和管网平衡的设计优化的内容,最后将这些优化原则运用在某市的热网新建项目中,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
Urban centralized heating is a major issue related to people's lives and urban development.The design quality of the heating system directly affects the construction quality and heating effect of the heating system.This article first introduces the current situation and existing problems in the optimization design of heating pipeline networks.Subsequently,the key nodes of outdoor heating network design were clarified,including the selection and calculation of heat load and pipe diameter,the selection of pipeline laying methods,and the principles of hydraulic balance design for outdoor heating network.Afterwards,it was introduced that the optimization of pipeline network design mainly includes pipeline node design optimization,pipe diameter selection optimization,design optimization of heating network and pipeline balance.Finally,these optimization principles were applied to a new heating network project in a certain city,achieving good economic and social benefits.
