摘要
为了培养合格的自动化工程人才,辽宁石化职业技术学院以汽提塔装置为基础,设计了仪表工日常工作中经常涉及的自动化系统巡检、维护等具有普适性、可拓展的虚拟实训资源,让生产实训过程绿色环保、无安全隐患,有效降低了后期系统维护费用。该装置适用于专业教师、在校学生、企业在岗人员和社会学习者。
In order to train qualified automation engineering talents,the teachers in Liaoning Petrochemical College design universal and extensible virtual practical training resources based on the stripper device such as automatic system inspection and maintenance,which are often involved in the daily work of instrument workers.The resources make the production practical training process environmentally friendly and safe,and effectively reduce the later system maintenance costs.The device is suitable for professional teachers,students,employees in enterprises and social learners.
