On the Construction of Higher Vocational Teachers under the Background of High-quality Development of Vocational Education

在职业教育高质量发展背景下,以提升高职院校师资水平为目标,开展关于高职院校教师队伍建设的探讨。首先明晰职业教育高质量发展背景,对教师的团队建设提出更高要求。同时,明确教师团队在建设时,需要注意的要求,最后提出为教师队伍建设构建保障制度、为教师队伍发展提供指导、通过多渠道促进教师发展、多元化渠道培养“双师型”教师四点建议。在高职院校建立“双师型”教师队伍,满足职业教育高质量发展需求。

With the goal of improving the level of teaching staff in vocational colleges,this paper explores the construction of the teaching staff in vocational colleges in the context of high-quality development of vocational education.Firstly,it clarifies the background of high-quality development of vocational education and puts forward higher requirements for the construction of teaching staff.Secondly,it clarifies the basic requirements for the construction of the teaching staff in vocational colleges,and finally proposes four suggestions for building a guarantee system for the construction of the teaching staff,providing guidance for the development of the teaching staff,promoting teacher development through multiple channels,and cultivating"double-qualified"teachers through diversified channels.Establishing a"double-qualified"teaching team in vocational colleges will meet the high-quality development needs of vocational education.
