Research on the Practice of Labor Education for Teachers and Students in Vocational Colleges in the New Development Stage

以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了“五育并举”的新时代教育方针,作为肩负着培养“能工巧匠、大国工匠”的高等职业院校,以寓于劳动教育理论课、专业课、实习实训以及社会实践等劳动教育因素与环节为主线和特色,积极探索劳动教育实践育人新路径,旨在培养学生立足专业与职业的科学的劳动认知、积极的劳动情感、坚定的劳动意志、正确的劳动行为。

The Party Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has come up with the education initiative of"comprehensive development of morality,intellect,physics,beauty,and labor"in the new era.Higher vocational colleges,which shoulder the task of cultivating"skillful craftsman and great national craftsman",integrate with elements and links of labor education theory course,professional courses,internship practice and social practice,actively explore the new route of labor education practice,and aim to cultivate students with scientific labor cognition,active labor feeling,determined labor will,and correct labor action related to their majors and professions.
