卫生类高职院校学生法治素养培育探析

Exploration on the Cultivation of Legal Literacy of Students in Health Vocational Colleges

目的:了解医疗卫生类高职院校学生法治素养现状,为提升医疗卫生类高职院校学生法治素养提供理论依据。方法:问卷随机抽样调查。结果:性别、专业、参加学校组织医疗法规学习情况是医疗卫生类高职院校学生卫生法规掌握的影响因素;性别、专业、对国家法治建设关注情况、对法律知识主动了解意愿是法律知识掌握情况的影响因素;年级、性别、专业、参加学校组织医疗法规学习情况是影响医疗卫生类高职院校学生医疗卫生法规认知的影响因素。结论:医疗卫生类高职院校学生法治素养有待提高,要加强学生法治教育,提高学生对法治建设的关注度以及对法律知识主动了解的意愿。

Objective:to understand the current situation of legal literacy of medical and health vocational college students,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the legal literacy of medical and health vocational college students.Method:questionnaire random sampling survey.Results:gender,major,and participation in the study of medical laws and regulations were the influencing factors of students'mastery of health laws and regulations in medical and health colleges.Gender,major,and attention to the construction of national rule of law and willingness to take the initiative to understand legal knowledge were the influencing factors.Grade,gender,major,and participation in the study of medical laws and regulations were the factors that affect the cognition of medical and health college students.Conclusion:the legal literacy of medical and health vocational college students needs to be improved.It is necessary to strengthen the legal education of students,and raise their attention to the construction of the rule of law and their willingness to actively understand the legal knowledge.
