摘要 分析红松自由授粉子代家系生长性状遗传变异规律并选择优良家系。以黑龙江省苇河林业局林木种子园117个红松自由授粉子代家系为研究对象,对27年生时树高、胸径和材积性状进行遗传变异分析,以材积性状育种值表现为主进行优良家系选择。结果表明树高、胸径和材积性状均存在不同程度变异,家系间差异均达到极显著水平,且均受到较强遗传控制,其中树高变异相对较小,胸径变异相对适中,材积变异相对较大,各性状间表现为极显著正相关,对家系各性状进行分析与评价,筛选出11个优良家系。所选优良家系可指导无性系种子园去劣疏伐并为红松高世代种子园营建提供基础材料。 To analyze the genetic variation of growth traits in freely pollinated progeny families of Pinus koraiensis,and select excellent families.Taking 117 freely pollinated progeny families of Pinus koraiensis in the forest tree seed garden of Weihe Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province as the research objects,the genetic variation of tree height,diameter at breast height and volume at the age of 27 years was analyzed.The results showed that tree height,diameter at breast height and volume had different degrees of variation,and the differences among families were extremely significant,and were all under strong genetic control.The variation of tree height was relatively small,the variation of diameter at breast height was relatively moderate,and the variation of volume was relatively large,and there was a very significant positive correlation between the traits.After analyzing and evaluating the traits of the family,11 excellent families were screened out.The selected excellent families can guide the clonal seed orchards to remove inferior thinning and provide basic materials for the construction of Pinus koraiensis high-generation seed orchards.
