With the continuous development of information technology,the archival digitalization and informatization have become an inevitable trend in the current archival management work of operators.Constructing a mid-platform archival information system is an important way to realize the transformation of archival digitalization and informatization.This paper will discuss from the important significance of archival work,the development trend of archival business,the ideas of archival informatization transformation,and the significance of constructing a mid-platform based archival management information system,in order to provide some references for the improvement and promotion of operators'archival management as well as the use for reference.
