长三角地区跨境电商产业高质量发展影响因素研究——基于Malmquist指数模型

Research on Influencing Factors of High-Quality Development of Cross-Border E-Commerce Industry in Yangtze River Delta Region Based on Malmquist Index Model

以推动跨境电商产业高质量发展为切入点,在创建“碳达峰与碳中和”背景下的跨境电商产业高质量发展测度指标体系基础上,依据我国长三角地区近十年间官方披露的数据,实证考察跨境电商产业高质量发展影响因素。研究发现:目前我国长三角地区跨境电商产业发展存在一定的结构化失衡问题,且物流效率亟待提高;我国长三角地区跨境电商产业的高质量发展受到多类因素影响。其中,资本存量占比、从业人员占比与能耗占比这三类内部因素,宏观经济环境与产业竞争环境这两类外部因素,将对跨境电商产业质量发展产生差异化作用。我国长三角地区应加快跨境电商产业结构调整,推动跨境电商产业向价值链高端跃升。

This paper takes the promotion of high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce industry as the entry point,and based on the establishment of high-quality development measurement index system of cross-border e-commerce industry under the background of“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”,according to the mutual data of official disclosure in China’s Yangtze River Delta region in the past ten years,empirically examines the influential factors of high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce industry.The findings are as follows:first,there are some structural imbalances in the development of cross-border e-commerce industry in the Yangtze River Delta,and the logistics efficiency needs to be improved urgently;second,the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce industry in China’s Yangtze River Delta region is significantly affected by multiple factors.Among them,the three internal factors of the proportion of physical capital stock,the proportion of employees and the proportion of energy consumption,and the two external factors of macroeconomic and innovation conditions will have a differentiated effect on the quality development of cross-border e-commerce industry.China’s Yangtze River Delta region should accelerate the adjustment of cross-border e-commerce industrial structure and promote the cross-border e-commerce industry to jump to the high-end of the value chain.
