摘要
综合自然环境、社会经济等因素对建设用地生态适宜性进行定量分析评价可有效解决城市扩张与土地资源有限的矛盾。以云南省怒江州为研究区,根据区内地质环境特征,选取高程、坡度、河流、湖库、归一化植被指数、与建成区距离、与交通距离、人口密度和生产总值9个指标因子,利用层次分析法(AHP)和GIS的空间分析对怒江州建设用地生态适宜性进行了评价。结果表明,最适宜和适宜区占总面积的21.085%,其中兰坪和泸水区域地质环境最优越,建议怒江州向南发展,同时做好生态环境保护工作。
The contradiction between urban expansion and limited land resources can be effectively solved by quantitative analysis and evaluation of construction land suitability based on natural environment,social economy and other factors.According to the geological environment characteristics of study area,we selected nine index factors,including elevation,slope,river,lake,normalized vegetation index,built-up area distance,traffic distance,population density and GDP,to evaluate the suitability of construction land in Nujiang Prefecture by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and GIS spatial analysis.The results show that the most suitable and suitable area accounts for 21.085%of the total area,among which Lanping and Lushui areas enjoy the best geological environment.It is suggested that Nujiang Prefecture should develop southward and do a good job in ecological environment protection.
