基于CiteSpace的我国共情疲劳研究文献计量学分析

Compassion fatigue research in China based on CiteSpace:abibliometric analysis

目的:对我国共情疲劳现有文献进行文献计量学分析,了解共情疲劳的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势,为今后研究和发展提供借鉴。方法:以共情疲劳为主题,检索中国知网数据库相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对纳入的文献进行多维度分析。结果:最终纳入308篇文献,发文量随年份呈上升趋势;《中华现代护理杂志》发文量最多,共17篇,占11.33%;有315名作者发表过共情疲劳相关文献;研究机构主要是某大学相关学院或某大学附属医院;护士、影响因素、心理弹性、职业认同、职业倦怠、工作压力、应对方式等出现的频次较高。结论:共情疲劳研究发文量呈上升趋势,研究的热点人群主要是护士,热点主题包括共情疲劳的现状及影响因素、共情疲劳与职业相关主题的关系研究;而心理弹性可能成为未来研究的前沿话题。

Objective:To conduct a bibliometric analysis of the existing literature on compassion fatigue(CF)in China,to understand thestatus quo,hotspots,and development trends on CF,and to provide reference for future research and development.Methods:The relevant literature on CF was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and conducted a multidimensional analysis using CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 308 papers werefinally included,and the number of published articles showed an upward trend over the years.Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing published the most literature,with 17 papers accounting for 11.33%.A total of 315 authors published literature related to CF.The research institutions were mainly university-related colleges or affiliated hospitals of the universities.Nurses,influencing factors,resilience,professional identity,burnout,work stress,and coping styles appeared more frequently.Conclusions:The number of publications on CF is on the rise.The hot groups studied are mainly nurses.The hot research topicsare the status quo and influencing factors of CF and the study of the relationship between CF and occupation-related topics.Resilience may become the frontier topic of future researches.
