“蚂蚁”支架治疗掌骨颈骨折的临床疗效

Clinical effect analysis of“Ant”external fixation stent in treatment of metacarpal neck fracture

目的探讨“蚂蚁”外固定支架治疗掌骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法2021年1月-2022年4月,采用“蚂蚁”外固定支架治疗掌骨颈骨折40例(46处),术后第1天开始功能训练,6~8周拆除外固定支架。结果术后所有患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月,平均10个月。骨折平均骨性愈合时间为(7.22±2.13)周。术后参照TAFS评分标准,对掌指关节屈伸活动度进行评价,优34例(36处),良4例(6处),中2例(4处),掌指关节功能优良率为95%,掌指关节屈伸活动度与健侧对照无明显差异。结论“蚂蚁”外固定支架治疗掌骨颈骨折,具有创伤小、适应证广、操作简单、固定牢靠、效果好、并发症少等优点,是值得临床广泛推广的一种治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of"Ant"external fixator in the treatment of metacarpal neck fractures.Methods From January 2021 to April 2022,a total of 40 patients(46 locations)with metacarpal neck fractures were treated with the"Ant"external fixator.Functional exercise was started on the first day after surgery,and the external fixator was removed at the 6th-8th week.Results All patients were followed up after operation for 6-12 months,with an average of 10 months.The average bone healing time of fractures was(7.22±2.13)weeks.Referring to the TAFS scoring standard,the flexion and extension range of motion of the metacarpophalangeal joint was evaluated,and the results were excellent in 34 cases(36 points),good in 4 cases(6 points),and fair in 2 cases(4 points).The excellent and good rate of metacarpophalangeal joint function was 95%,there was no significant difference in the flexion and extension of the metacarpophalangeal joint with the healthy side.Conclusion"Ant"external fixator for the treatment of metacarpal neck fractures has the advantages of less trauma,wide adaptability,simple operation,reliable fixation,good effect and less complications,and it is a treatment method worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
