我国文化产业效率评价及提升对策

The Efficiency Evaluation and Promotion Countermeasuresof Chinese Cultural Industry

文化产业对于我国经济由高速增长向高质量发展的转型具有重要的战略意义。为评价全国各个省市的文化产业效率,依据2016—2020年全国文化产业数据,构建投入和产出两个指标体系,运用DEA-BBC和DEA-Malmquist指数模型进行动态和静态分析。研究认为,我国文化产业结构有待优化,文化产业规模效率和综合技术效率有待提升,文化产业技术进步和效率有待同步发展。在后疫情时代,各省市应注重健全文化产业体制,加大文化产业投融资力度,合理制定人才引进计划。

The cultural industry is of great strategic significance for the transformation of China′s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development.In order to evaluate the efficiency of the cultural industry in various provinces and cities across the country,based on the national cultural industry data from 2016 to 2020,two indicator systems of input and output are constructed,and DEA-BBC and DEA Malmquist index models are used for dynamic and static analysis.The study finds that China′s cultural industry structure needs to be optimized,the scale efficiency and comprehensive technical efficiency of the cultural industry need to be improved,and the technical progress and efficiency of the cultural industry need to be synchronized.In the post epidemic era,all provinces and cities should pay attention to improving the cultural industry system,increasing investment and financing in the cultural industry,and reasonably formulating talent introduction plans.
