不动产存量数据整合是确保不动产登记业务顺利开展的最重要的基础性工作。本文利用OCR、文本分词、编辑距离算法、地理编码等信息技术对不动产存量数据一体化整合方法进行探索研究。研发了不动产存量数据一体化整合系统,开发了不动产信息查询、信息补充、规范化处理、权利关系与快速落宗落户处理等功能,实现房产数据与土地管理数据规范化、流程化、自动化快速整合,为不动产统一登记的顺利进行提供了技术支撑。

Real estate inventory data integration is the most important basic work for the smooth development of real estate registration business.This paper uses OCR,text word segmentation,editing distance algorithm,geocoding and other technologies to explore and study the rapid integration method of existing real estate data.It has developed a rapid integration system of existing real estate data,developed functions such as real estate information query,information supplement,standardized processing,right relationship and rap-id settlement processing,and realized the standardized,procedural and automatic rapid integration of real estate data and land man-agement data,which provided technical support for the smooth implementation of unified registration of real estate.
