摘要
产教融合是高职院校推进三教改革的重要抓手。我院药品制造专业集群构建了“一六三”校企协同创新育人模式,企业深度参与技能人才培养的全过程,充分发挥校企双方的资源优势,实现了人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧的紧密对接,显著提升了人才培养质量,实现了社会、学校、企业、学生的多方共赢。为国内相关院校的三教改革提供了参考。
The integration of industry and education is an important way to promote the reform of three education in higher vocational colleges.The pharmaceutical manufacturing specialty cluster of our college has constructed the“163”school-enterprise cooperation innovation education pattern,which makes the enterprise participates deeply in the entire process of the skilled training process,and fully displays the resources superiority of both the school and the enterprise.It also realizes the connection between supply side and industry demand side,improves the quality of talent training,and realizes the double-win situation of society,school,enterprise and students.It provides a reference for the reform of the three-education system in relevant colleges and universities in China.
