富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗慢性乙肝的效果及对IL-35水平的影响

Effect of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and its influence on IL-35 level

目的探讨富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗慢性乙肝的效果及对白细胞介素-35(IL-35)水平的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2021年8月我院收治的120例慢性乙肝患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用恩替卡韦分散片治疗,观察组采用富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、耐药及应答不佳发生情况、IL-35水平、肝肾功能及乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核苷酸(HBV DNA)水平。结果两组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的耐药、应答不佳发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-35水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酐(CREA)、总胆红素(TBIL)及HBV DNA水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗慢性乙肝的效果较好,可降低IL-35水平,改善肝肾功能指标,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and its influence on interleukin-35(IL-35)level.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir dispersible tablets,and the observation group was treated with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of drug resistance and poor response,IL-35 level and liver and renal function and hepatitis B deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV DNA)level were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of drug resistance and poor response between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-35 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatinine(CREA),total bilirubin(TBIL)and HBV DNA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has better effect,it can reduce the level of IL-35 and improve the liver and renal function indexes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
