经颅直流电刺激联合镜像神经元康复训练系统对颅脑损伤后患者认知功能及神经因子水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨经颅直流电刺激联合镜像神经元康复训练系统对颅脑损伤后患者认知功能及神经因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月收治的80例颅脑损伤后患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规康复训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上应用经颅直流电刺激联合镜像神经元康复训练系统干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平低于对照组,神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经颅直流电刺激联合镜像神经元康复训练系统有助于改善颅脑损伤后患者的认知功能,调节神经因子水平,进一步改善肢体运动功能、日常生活能力,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with mirror neuron rehabilitation training system on cognitive function and nerve factor level in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 80 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group was treated with transcranial direct current stimulation combined with mirror neuron rehabilitation training system on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and myelin basic protein(MBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Upper Extremity(FMA-UE)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial direct current stimulation combined with mirror neuron rehabilitation training system is helpful to improve the cognitive function of patients with craniocerebral injury,regulate the level of nerve factors,and further improve limb motor function and daily living ability,which is worthy of promotion.
