摘要
目的探讨重组人生长激素(rh-GH)治疗青春期早期特发性矮小症(ISS)患儿的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2020年6月在本院接受诊治的88例青春期早期ISS患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组干预基础上加用rh-GH治疗。比较两组的生长发育状况、骨代谢指标、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平,分析观察组药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组的身高、生长速率(HV)、骨龄及身高标准差积分(HtSDS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的身高、HV及HtSDS均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、骨钙素(OC)、25(OH)D水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的IGF-1、OC、25(OH)D水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组共有3例患儿出现轻度不良反应。结论rh-GH应用于青春期早期ISS患儿中,能够有效改善骨代谢,促进生长发育,且用药安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rh-GH)in the treatment of early adolescent idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods A total of 88 children with early adolescent ISS diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with rh-GH on the basis of the control group.The growth and development status,bone metabolism indexes and 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]level were compared between the two groups,the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in height,height velocity(HV),bone age and height standard deviation score(HtSDS)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the height,HV and HtSDS of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of insulin growth factor 1-(IGF-1),osteocalcin(OC)and 25(OH)D between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IGF-1,OC and 25(OH)D in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were 3 cases of mild adverse reactions in the observation group.Conclusion The rh-GH applied in early adolescent ISS children can effectively improve bone metabolism,promote growth and development,and has good drug safety.
