强脉冲光联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的效果

Effect of intense pulsed light combined with meibomian gland massage in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye

目的探讨强脉冲光联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年12月我院收治的80例睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例(80眼)。对照组给予睑板腺按摩联合常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予强脉冲光治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的BUT均长于治疗前,OSDI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的分泌物状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8周后,两组的分泌物状态评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的效果确切。

Objective To explore the effect of intense pulsed light combined with meibomian gland massage in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye.Methods A total of 80 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye admitted in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases(80 eyes)in each group.The control group was given meibomian gland massage combined with conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given intense pulsed light treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in break-up time of tear film(BUT)and Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the BUT of the two groups was longer than that before treatment,and the OSDI score was lower that that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of secretion status between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the score of secretion status in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with meibomian gland massage is effective in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye.
