阴阳平衡透刺法联合综合性康复训练在偏瘫上肢痉挛患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Yin Yang balance point-penetrating method combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegic upper limb spasm

目的探讨阴阳平衡透刺法联合综合性康复训练在偏瘫上肢痉挛患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2021年11月收治的106例偏瘫上肢痉挛患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组采用综合性康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用阴阳平衡透刺法。比较两组的临床疗效、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及神经生长因子(NGF)水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、肌张力、上肢运动功能、肩关节活动情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的BDNF、NGF水平高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分低于对照组,简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、肩关节活动情况评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴阳平衡透刺法联合综合性康复训练用于偏瘫上肢痉挛患者中的效果满意,可改善神经功能、上肢运动功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Yin Yang balance point-penetrating method combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegic upper limb spasm.Methods A total of 106 patients with hemiplegic upper limb spasm admitted from February 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group used comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the observation group used Yin Yang balance point-penetrating method on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)levels,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,muscle tension,upper limb motor function and shoulder joint activity were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BDNF and NGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function(FMA)and shoulder joint activity scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yin Yang balance point-penetrating method applied in patients with hemiplegic upper limb spasm has satisfactory effect,which can improve neurological function and upper limb motor function,and is worthy of promotion.
