海藻玉壶汤加减方配合火针治疗囊肿型痤疮的效果及对炎性皮损、皮肤生理指标的影响

Effect of modified Haizao Yuhu decoction combimed with fire needle in the treatment of cystic acne and its influences on inflammatory skin lesions and skin physiological indexes

目的探讨海藻玉壶汤加减方配合火针治疗囊肿型痤疮的效果及对炎性皮损、皮肤生理指标的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年4月我院收治的80例囊肿型痤疮患者进行观察,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用海藻玉壶汤加减方配合火针治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的皮损部位、大小、个数、质地及颜色积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的角质层含水量显著高于对照组,粘脱蛋白质含量和经皮水分丢失(TEWL)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论海藻玉壶汤加减方配合火针治疗囊肿型痤疮的效果显著,可促进患者炎性皮损减轻和皮肤屏障功能改善,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Haizao Yuhu decoction combimed with fire needle in the treatment of cystic acne and its influences on inflammatory skin lesions and skin physiological indexes.Methods Eighty patients with cystic acne admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to April 2021 were selected for observation and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Haizao Yuhu decoction combined with fire needle.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lesion parts,size,number,texture and color scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the water content of stratum corneum in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the adhesive protein content and transepidermal water loss(TEWL)level were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Haizao Yuhu decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of cystic acne has a remarkable effect,it can promote the reduction of inflammatory skin lesions and the improvement of skin barrier function,which is worth promoting.
