合理情绪疗法结合多元化认知行为干预对鼻窦炎伴糖尿病患者术后健康行为及应对方式的影响

Effects of rational emotive therapy combined with diversified cognitive behavioral intervention on health behavior and coping style in patients with sinusitis and diabetes mellitus after surgery

目的探讨合理情绪疗法结合多元化认知行为干预对鼻窦炎伴糖尿病患者术后健康行为及应对方式的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的80例鼻窦炎伴糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予合理情绪疗法结合多元化认知行为干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的遵医服药、饮食管理、合理运动、戒烟戒酒及定期复查评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的血糖控制达标率高于对照组,鼻窦炎复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的鼻部症状、鼻窦炎相关症状、睡眠障碍及情感障碍评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪疗法结合多元化认知行为干预可改善鼻窦炎伴糖尿病患者术后健康行为及应对方式,提高血糖控制达标率,降低鼻窦炎复发率,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of rational emotive therapy combined with diversified cognitive behavioral intervention on health behavior and coping style in patients with sinusitis and diabetes mellitus after surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with sinusitis and diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given rational emotive therapy combined with diversified cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of medication compliance,diet management,reasonable exercise,smoking and drinking cessation and regular review in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the facing score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yielding scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of sinusitis was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of nasal symptoms,sinusitis-related symptoms,sleep disorders and emotional disorders in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational emotive therapy combined with diversified cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the health behavior and coping style of patients with sinusitis and diabetes mellitus after surgery,increase the blood glucose control rate,reduce the recurrence rate of sinusitis,and ameliorate the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
