叙事心理护理结合动机性访谈对慢性盆腔炎患者健康行为及心理状态的影响

Effects of narrative psychological nursing combined with motivational interview on health behavior and mental state of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察叙事心理护理结合动机性访谈对慢性盆腔炎患者健康行为及心理状态的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年2月收治的88例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上开展叙事心理护理结合动机性访谈干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的心境状态量表(POMS)各维度评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的疾病控制率高于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事心理护理结合动机性访谈可有效改善慢性盆腔炎患者的健康行为及心理状态,增强病情控制效果,减少疾病复发,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effects of narrative psychological nursing combined with motivational interview on health behavior and mental state of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given narrative psychological nursing combined with motivational interview intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Profile of Mood States(POMS)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disease control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the disease recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative psychological nursing combined with motivational interview can effectively improve the health behavior and mental state of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,enhance the effect of disease control,and reduce the recurrence of the disease,which is worthy of promotion.
