以品管圈活动为框架的手术室护理在经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of operating room nursing based on quality control circle activities in patients undergoing transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨以品管圈活动为框架的手术室护理在经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至12月在我院接受经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的40例患者为对照组,2020年1月至12月接受经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的40例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施以品管圈活动为框架的手术室护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的团队精神、沟通能力、集体荣誉感、分析问题、解决问题评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以品管圈活动为框架的手术室护理在经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果较好,可缩短手术时间,提高手术室护理质量及护理满意度,减少并发症。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing based on quality control circle activities in patients undergoing transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Forty patients who underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as control group,and 40 patients who underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January to December 2020 were selected as observation group.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the observation group was given operating room nursing based on quality control circle activities on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of team spirit,communication ability,collective sense of honor,problem analysis and problem solving in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing based on quality control circle activities in patients undergoing transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a good application effect,which can shorten the operation time,improve the quality of operating room nursing and nursing satisfaction,and reduce complications.
