维生素C辅助治疗儿童脓毒症的研究进展

摘要 儿童脓毒症发病率高,发病机制复杂,治疗方法单一。目前针对脓毒症主要是给予抗感染、液体复苏、血管活性药物等对症支持治疗,但效果欠佳,病死率高,故迫切需要寻找治疗脓毒症的突破口。维生素C作为机体代谢过程中的辅酶,发挥着免疫调节和抗氧化作用,与儿童脓毒症的病情严重程度、预后和病死率密切相关,甚至可以用于脓毒症的辅助治疗。本文就近年来国内外的相关研究做一综述,以期改善儿童脓毒症预后,为儿童脓毒症的治疗提供一定的参考依据。 The sepsis in children has high incidence,the pathogenesis is complex,and the treatment method is single.At present,the treatment of sepsis is mainly anti-infection,fluid resuscitation,vasoactive drugs and other symptomatic supportive treatment,but the effect is poor and the fatality rate is high,so it is urgent to find a breakthrough in the treatment of sepsis.Vitamin C,as a coenzyme in the metabolic process of the body,plays a role in immune regulation and antioxidant,and is closely related to the severity,prognosis and mortality of sepsis in children,and can even be used as an adjuvant therapy for sepsis.In order to improve the prognosis of sepsis in children and provide some reference for the treatment of sepsis in children,this article reviews the relevant researches at home and abroad in recent years.
