摘要
4-氨基-2,6-二甲氧基嘧啶是制备抗菌药物磺胺地索辛的关键中间体,磺胺地索辛是一种长效磺胺类药物,具有很强的抗细菌及抗原虫感染作用。本文主要综述4-氨基-2,6-二甲氧基嘧啶的合成方法。
4-Amino-2,6-dimethoxypyrimidine is a key intermediate in the preparation of antibacterial drug sulfadiazoxine,which is a long-acting sulfonamide drug with strong antibacterial and antiprotozoal infection.This article mainly reviews the synthesis method of 4-amino-2,6-dimethoxypyrimidine.
