带式输送机由于输送距离长、散粮破碎率低、密封性能好、运行能耗低、输送效率高等优点在散粮码头得到了广泛应用。为保证散粮码头带式输送机的运行满足安全环保生产要求,减少关键位置因管理不到位带来的环保问题和安全事故,最大限度发挥带式输送机设备效益和经济效益,基于散粮码头前期带式输送机工艺选型、中期运维操作规程及典型故障、后期安全评估,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,对散粮码头带式输送机的应用进行系统分析。

Belt conveyor is widely used in bulk grain terminals due to its advantages of long conveying distance,low crushing rate,good sealing,low operating energy consumption and high conveying capacity.In order to ensure that the operation of belt conveyor in bulk grain terminals meets the production requirements of safety and environmental protection,reduce environmental protection problems and safety accidents caused by poor management at key locations,and maximize the equipment and economic benefits of belt conveyor,based on the process selection of the belt conveyor in the early stage of the bulk grain terminal,the operation procedures for the operation and maintenance in the middle stage and the typical faults,and the safety assessment in the later stage,the application of the belt conveyor in the bulk grain terminal is systematically analyzed by combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
