摘要
在我国经济、社会发展中,食品安全监督管理存在监督管理体系不健全、相关法律法规待优化、消费者未能发挥作用等问题。为解决食品安全监督管理问题,需要基于新公共管理背景建设完善的食品安全监督管理体系,结合新公共管理理论中的专业化管理、绩效管理等理念,提升相关部门监督管理食品安全的效能,为食品安全提供最大保障。本文主要分析我国食品安全监督管理存在的问题,探究新公共管理下的食品安全监督管理价值,提出健全食品安全监督管理体系、优化食品安全相关法律法规等策略。
In our country economic and social development,food safety supervision and management exist supervision and management system is not perfect,relevant laws and regulations to be optimized,consumers have not been able to play a role and so on problems.In order to solve the problem of food safety supervision and management,it is necessary to build a perfect food safety supervision and management system based on the background of new public management,and combine the concepts of professional management and performance management in the theory of new public management,so as to improve the efficiency of the supervision and management of food safety of the relevant departments,so as to provide the maximum guarantee for the food safety of the public.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of food safety supervision and management in China,explores the value of food safety supervision and management under the new public management,and puts forward strategies such as improving the food safety supervision and management system and optimizing the relevant laws and regulations of food safety.
