三重四极杆气相色谱质谱联用仪测定苹果中炔螨特农药残留的方法研究

摘要 以三重四极杆气质联用仪为基础,通过Auto-SRM技术确定以炔螨特135.1/107.1、135.1/77.1、173.2/107.13组离子对为检测目标,以环氧七氯为内标,结合QuEChERS前处理技术建立了三重四极杆气质联用仪测定苹果中炔螨特农药残留的方法。结果表明,炔螨特在25~1000μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999;方法检出限为2.86μg·kg^(-1),定量限为9.55μg·kg^(-1),回收率为95.7%~100.8%,精密度为0.24%~1.14%。三重四极杆气相色谱质谱法具有操作方便快捷、检测灵敏度高、准确性高等优点,可用于苹果中炔螨特农药残留的检测。 Based on the triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,three ion pairs of alkyne mite 135.1/107.1,135.1/77.1,and 173.2/107.1 were determined as detection targets using Auto-SRM technology,with epoxy heptachlor as the internal standard,a triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of ethyne pesticide residues in apples using QuEChERS pretreatment technology.The results indicate that the linear range of propargite was 25~1000μg·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient was 0.9999;The detection limit of the method was 2.86μg·kg^(-1),with a quantification limit of 9.55μg·kg^(-1),with a recovery rate of 95.7%~100.8%and a precision of 0.24%~1.14%.The triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method has the advantages of convenient and fast operation,high detection sensitivity,and high accuracy,and can be used for the detection of ethmoid pesticide residues in apples.
