建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定猪肉中5种常用磺胺类药物的方法。样品用乙酸乙酯提取,0.1 mol·L^(-1)的盐酸溶液转化溶剂,正己烷除脂肪,MCX柱净化,氨化甲醇洗脱,氮气吹至近干,5%的甲醇溶液复溶,外标法定量,高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定。5种磺胺类药物标准曲线相关系数为0.9993~0.9999,定量限为1μg·kg^(-1),各药物的加标回收率为61%~87%。该方法背景干扰少,灵敏度高,能快速、高效、高分辨地定性、定量检测,是一个值得推广的检测猪肉中磺胺类药物的方法。

A high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of 5 commonly used sulfonamides in pork.The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate,converted into solvent with 0.1 mol·L^(-1)hydrochloric acid solution,defat by n-hexane,purified by MCX column,eluted by ammoniated methanol,blown nitrogen to near-dry,redissolved in 5%methanol solution,quantified by external standard method,and determined by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of 5 sulfonamides were 0.9993~0.9999,the limits of quantification were 1μg·kg^(-1),and the recoveries of each drug were 61%~87%.The method has the advantages of low background interference,high sensitivity,high efficiency,high resolution,qualitative and quantitative detection,and is worthy of promotion for the detection of sulfonamides in pork.
