摘要
本文建立了一种测定冷饮中甜蜜素含量的高效液相色谱法。在酸性条件下,甜蜜素和次氯酸钠反应,经正庚烷萃取后,采用高效液相色谱法检测。结果显示,甜蜜素在进样量10μL、流速1.0 mL·min^(-1)、波长314 nm、流动相乙腈-水=70∶30的仪器条件下,在线性范围内线性关系良好,加标回收率为96.33%~99.83%,RSD为0.73%~0.96%。该方法操作简单、抗干扰能力强、定量准确,适用于检验冷饮中的甜蜜素。
This article establishes a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of sodium cyclamate content in cold drinks.Under acidic conditions,cyclamate reacts with sodium hypochlorite,is extracted with n-heptane,and is detected by high-performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that under the instrument conditions of injection volume 10μL,flow rate 1.0 mL·min^(-1),wavelength 314 nm,and mobile phase acetonitrile water=70∶30,the linear relationship of sodium cyclamate was good within the linear range,the recovery rate of spiking is 96.33%~99.83%,and the RSD is 0.73%~0.96%.This method has simple operation,strong anti-interference ability,and accurate quantification,and is suitable for detecting sodium cyclamate in cold drinks.
