摘要
以大田试验为主,研究分株栽培时间对猫爪草的干物质动态积累及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,猫爪草的地上部各器官干物质积累随着猫爪草的生长表现为先升高再降低的变化趋势,根的干物质积累基本表现为持续增长状态,不同分株栽培时间猫爪草的干物质积累T_(1)>T_(2)>T_(3);猫爪草的叶绿素含量在整个生长期内呈不断波动状态。综合各项指标,三个处理都具有自身优势,但猫爪草的最佳分株栽培时间为11月底,此时各项指标更符合生产要求。
Field experiment was used to study the effects of separate cultivation time on dynamic dry matter accumulation and chlorophyll content of Ranunculus ternatus.The results showed that the accumulation of dry matter in the aboveground organs increased first and then decreased with the growth of the grass,the dry matter accumulation of roots basically showed a state of continuous growth.The dry matter accumulation was T_(1)>T_(2)>T_(3)in different cultivation time.In the whole growth period,the chlorophyll content of R.ternatus.showed constant fluctuation.The three treatments had their own advantages,but the best time of subplanting was at the end of November,when the indexes were more in line with the production requirements.
