摘要
高校构建构建精准化的就业指导服务体系,不仅可以提高自身的就业指导服务能力,还能增强大学生的就业竞争能力,促进毕业生高质量充分就业。文章分析了应用型本科高校。目前在就业指导服务体系建设方面存在的问题和不足,从就业工作保障机制、智慧平台、专业指导队伍、精细指导模式、精准就业市场五个维度进行了探讨,为应用型本科高校构建精准化就业指导服务体系提供思路。
Building a precise employment guidance service system can not only improve the employment guidance service capability of universities,but also enhance the employment competitiveness of college students and promote high-quality and full employment of graduates.This paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the construction of employment guidance service system in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,and explores such five dimensions as employment security mechanism,intelligent platform,professional guidance team,fine guidance mode,and accurate employment market,providing application practice for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities to build accurate employment guidance service system.
