摘要 本文探讨了肉制品加工过程中的选料与质量控制,概括了选料和质量控制在肉制品加工过程中的重要性,分析了当前肉制品加工行业在生产过程中选料和质量控制现状及存在的问题,并提出了相关改进建议,旨在促进肉制品加工行业的健康发展。 This article discusses the material selection and quality control in the process of meat product processing,summarizes the importance of material selection and quality control in the process of meat product processing,The current status and existing problems of material selection and quality control in the production process of the meat processing industry were analyzed,and relevant improvement suggestions were put forward to promote the healthy development of the meat processing industry.
