摘要
本文以液相色谱技术为对象,阐述了液相色谱技术内涵,包括液相色谱技术原理、液相色谱技术特征、常见液相色谱检测方法及设备仪器,并提出液相色谱技术在食品检测中的应用要点,包括食品添加剂检测领域、有毒害物质检测领域及营养成分检测领域,以期提高液相色谱技术水平,保障我国食品安全。
This article takes liquid chromatography technology as the object,elaborates on the connotation of liquid chromatography technology,including the principle of liquid chromatography technology,characteristics of liquid chromatography technology,common liquid chromatography detection methods and equipment and instruments,and proposes the application points of liquid chromatography technology in food detection,including the field of food additive detection,toxic and harmful substance detection,and nutritional component detection,in order to improve the level of liquid chromatography technology and ensure food safety in China.
