浅析蛋白质沉淀剂对乳制品中环己基氨基磺酸钠含量的测定影响

摘要 本研究采用气象色谱法新国家标准,对高蛋白质食品中的环己基氨基磺酸钠(甜蜜素)进行测定,分析蛋白质沉淀剂对检测结果的影响。研究结果表明,蛋白质沉淀剂对样品回收率有明显的提高作用,同时,该方法灵敏度、准确性好,操作简便,可有效检测出乳制品中甜蜜素的含量。 In this study,the new national standard gas chromatography was used to determine Sodium Cyclohexylamino sulfonate(Sodium cyclamate)in high-protein foods,and the influence of protein precipitating agents on the detection results was analyzed.The research results show that the protein precipitant can significantly improve the recovery rate of the sample.At the same time,the method has good sensitivity and accuracy,easy to operate,which can effectively detect the content of cyclamate in dairy products.
