为了评估测定婴幼儿辅食(米粉)中维生素B_(2)含量的不确定度,本文通过高效液相色谱法对婴幼儿辅食(米粉)中维生素B_(2)的含量进行了测定,并对各分量和合量引入的不确定度进行了评估。

In order to evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of vitamin B_(2) content in infant complementary food(rice cereal),the content of vitamin B_(2) in infant complementary food(rice cereal)was determined by high performance liquid chromatography in this paper,and the uncertainty of each component and amount introduced was evaluated.
