摘要
本研究采用超声辅助提取-高效液相色谱法,同时测定了薏米中的维生素B1、B2、B3含量。实验结果表明,该方法简单易行、快速准确,适于薏米中3种B族维生素的提取分离和定量分析。
In this study,ultrasonic-assisted extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was used to simultaneously determine the content of vitamin B1,B2,and B3 in Coin Seed.The experimental results showed that the method was simple,fast and accurate,and suitable for the extraction,separation and quantitative analysis of three B vitamins in Job's tears.
