Internal quality control in food physicochemical analysis is an important means to ensure accurate and reliable analysis results.This study explored the methods and implementation steps of internal quality control.Proper sample preparation and standards and parallel samples can ensure data reliability.Through case analysis and empirical study to verify the effectiveness of internal quality control methods.This study provides guidance for food physicochemical analysis and provides prospects and suggestions for future research.
