摘要
开展农业外派人员培训是我国建设农业外交人才队伍、增强参与全球粮农治理能力的重要举措,也是实施农业“走出去”的必然要求。文章对N大学农业外训班40名学员的问卷调查和访谈显示,学员对农业外派工作及人员要求有着清晰的认知;对培训总体感到满意,成效明显;对农业外派培训中存在的问题和我国农业外交人才培养的薄弱环节提出了建议。鉴于此,优化农业外派培训工作的路径在于:紧扣培训主题,提升学员全球胜任力;强化英语培训,增强学员国际通用语言能力;完善管理机制,做好培训保障工作;优化培养体系,提供高水平人才储备。
Training agricultural expatriates is an important measure to build China’s agricultural diplomatic talent team and enhance its ability to participate in the global governance of food and agriculture,as well as an inevitable requirement to implement the strategy of agriculture“going global”.The questionnaire survey and interviews of 40 trainees from an agricultural expatriates’training program at N University reveal that the trainees have a clear perception of agricultural expatriate work and personnel requirements.They are generally satisfied with the fruitful training,and put forward suggestions on the problems in the training of agricultural expatriates and the weak links in the cultivation of agricultural diplomatic talents in China.Accordingly,the methods of optimizing agricultural expatriate training are proposed,i.e.,following the training theme to increase trainees’global competency,reinforcing English training to boost their international language ability,consummating the management mechanism to ensure efficient training,and improving the training system to provide a reserve of high-level talents.
