“双高计划”背景下农业高职院校文化自觉取向与策略

On the Cultural Self-Consciousness and Development Strategy under the Background of the Double High Plan in Agricultural Vocational Colleges

摘要 “双高计划”锚定中国特色、世界水平,既是职业教育服务教育强国的客观需要,也是职业教育自身发展的文化自觉。作为“双高计划”建设单位,农业高职院校必须赓续历史、立足现实、放眼未来,以高度的文化自信引领改革、支撑发展。为此,应勇于开展基于元认知的自我批判、臻于后现代的自我建构、突出创新发展理念的创新引领,补齐认知不足、认同危机及文化滞后等短板,深入开展反观内省的院本探究、扬长出新的引领突破和横向对标的比较借鉴,实现迈向高质量发展的文化自觉。 With Chinese characteristics and world-level excellence as the foundation,the implementation of the Double High Plan is not only the great necessity of vocational education serving the construction of a powerful country in education,but also the cultural self-consciousness of vocational education on its own development course.As an important member of the Double High Plan,agricultural vocational colleges should have strong cultural self-confidence and play a leading role in reform and sustainable development based on reality,while inheriting history and facing the future.Therefore,it is of great significance to make self-criticism with meta-cognition,aptitude for promoting self-construction with a constructive postmodern perspective,and innovation-driven concepts.Subsequently,it is of great importance to take the following measures:to make up for weakness in cultural cognition,identity crisis and cultural lag,to deeply carry out institutional research through introspection thinking,to make a breakthrough and play a leading role by demonstrating advantages and innovation,and to promote mutual study by transverse comparison,so as to achieve and strengthen cultural self-consciousness with higher quality.
