一种基于S数的除尘管网调节计算方法

A calculation method of dedusting system′s adjustment based on S-paremater

针对钢铁行业除尘管道的调节复杂,不合理调节阀门及风机频率易导致除尘管道积灰的问题,文章提出了一种基于管段阻抗S数的除尘管网调节计算方法,将除尘管网复杂的支状管网简化,可根据管网的阀门开度、三通、设计流量、管径等关键参数的输入,快速判断系统管网流体的分配及运行情况,该方法在保证除尘管道不积灰的情况下进行除尘系统的节能调节,为除尘智能管控提供节能运行决策依据。

The adjustment of the dedusting system in steel industry is very complex,as the dust is easy to sediment.The paper applies a dedusting system balance calculation method based on section impedance′s S-paremater,simplify the complex branch dedusting networks,calculate the dust network′s real-time flow rate according to key parameters such as valve opening,tee-junction,design flow rate,pipe diameter.The calculation results provide decision-making basis for dedusting system′s operation,with no settling dust and energy conservation.
