党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央全面深入实施新时代人才强国战略,在党的二十大报告、中央人才工作会议中系统阐明了人才作为第一资源的基础性和战略性意义,指明了人才工作的目标和方向。某国有润滑油企业“研产销服”产业链完整,应用领域覆盖国民经济各支柱行业,文章以其为研究对象,深入分析人才队伍现状、存在问题,提出建设“人才高地、创新高地”的人才战略目标、建强“六大人才方阵”的重点任务及构建全链条全周期人才发展机制保障措施,以人才优势积聚企业高质量发展优势。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core has implemented the strategy on developing a quality workforce in the new era.Report of 20th CPC National Congress and central conference on talent-related work,systematically expounded strategic significance of talent as the first resource,and pointed out the goal and direction of talent work.Taking a state-owned lubricant enterprise as the research object,which has a complete industrial chain of"research,production,marketing and services"with application fields covering various pillar industries of the national economy,this paper deeply analyzes the situation and problems of the talent team,and puts forward the talent strategic goal of building"talent highland and innovation highland",the key task of building"six talents phalanx"and the guarantee measures of building the whole-chain and whole-cycle talent development,so as to accumulate the high-quality development advantages.
