摘要
食药用真菌多糖作为食药用菌的主要组成成分,具有抗癌、降血压、降血糖、提高机体免疫力等功能,被称为免疫调节剂。通过对近年食药用真菌多糖在肝脏保护方面的新研究成果进行综述,从食药用真菌多糖对肝损伤的保护作用及对肝脏的抗炎作用、肿瘤抑制作用、解毒作用4个方面总结其发挥生物活性的作用机理,并对其在治疗肝脏疾病方面的应用进行展望,为进一步深入研发食药用菌多糖的肝脏保护相关功能性食品或药品提供理论依据。
As the main component of edible and medicinal fungi,polysaccharides has the functions of anti-cancer,lowering blood pressure,lowering blood sugar and improving immunity,which is called immune modulators.In this paper,the new research results of edible and medicinal fungi polysaccharides in liver protection in recent years were reviewed.The mechanism of biological activity of edible and medicinal fungi polysaccharides was summarized from four aspects:the protective effect of edible and medicinal fungi polysaccharides against liver injury,anti-inflammatory effect on liver,tumor inhibition effect and detoxification effect.The application of edible and medicinal fungi polysaccharides in the treatment of liver diseases was prospected,which provides a theoretical basis for further research and development of functional foods or drugs related to liver protection of edible and medicinal fungi polysaccharides.
