大学生社会责任认同:内涵诠释、价值意蕴与生成机理

摘要 大学生要认同社会责任,才会成为负责任的人。大学生的社会责任认同是一个追求身心和谐、群己融洽,自觉建构稳定责任人格的过程,表现为认知、情感与行为认同,包括对家庭角色、社群角色、家国角色及人类角色职责的认同。大学生认同社会责任,有利于生成责任使命感,形成积极学习的斗志;促进责任践履,彰显服务社会的人生价值;强化责任担当,造就堪当时代重任的接班人。受自身素质和主观能动性、学校教育及社会环境的影响,大学生生成社会责任认同遵循奠基、内化与调适的发展机理,树立社会主义核心价值观,奠定责任认同的基础;形成责任角色认知、情感承诺与行为习惯,完成责任认同的内化;养成认同突显与责任意志,达成责任认同的调适与深化。 Only when college students identify with social responsibility can they become responsible people.Social responsibility identification of college students is the process of pursuing physical and mental harmony,group harmony,and building a stable responsible personality,which is manifested in cognitive,emotional and behavioral identification,including identification of family roles,community roles,country roles and human roles.College students'identifying with social responsibility contributes to the generation of feel of mission to form morale to study;the fulfillment of responsibilities to realize the life value of serving the society;the strengthening of responsibility spirit to create the successor of the mission of the era.Influenced by factors such as their own quality,subjective activity,school education and social environment,the generation of college students'social responsibility identification follows the development mechanism of foundation,internalization and adaptation.College students establish socialist core values to lay the foundation for social responsibility identification;form responsibility role cognition,emotional commitment and behavior habits to complete the internalization of social responsibility identification;cultivate identities salience and the will of responsibility to achieve the adjustment and deepening of social responsibility.
