学生发展增值评价诚信体系建设研究

摘要 学生发展增值评价对扭转不科学的教育评价导向、引导学校按规律办学、促进学生全面而有个性的发展等具有重要价值。它需要评价主体通过长期观察,准确记录学生品德、学业、身心等综合素质表现,并结合现代信息技术对学生发展伴随性数据采集和画像的结果,综合判断学生发展情况。“长期观察”“准确记录”和“客观判断”的前提是评价文化、评价制度、评价机构、评价主体的诚信。诚信是学生发展增值评价科学运行的生命线。然而,由于中国传统诚信文化的影响,教育领域诚信危机的凸显和学生发展评价中失信现象的存在,致使学生发展增值评价存在诚信风险。需要从诚信文化的培育、诚信制度的建设、诚信机构的监控、评价主体的规约等方面构建学生发展增值评价诚信体系,提升学生发展增值评价过程的真实性和结果的可靠性,为促进学生发展、改进教师评价、规范学校评估提供科学依据。 The value-added evaluation of student development is of great value in reversing the unscientific educational eval⁃uation orientation,guiding schools to run schools according to the rules,and promoting the all-round and individual development of students.It requires the evaluation subject to make a comprehensive judgment through long-term observation and accurate re⁃cord of students’comprehensive quality,such as moral character,academic performance,physical and mental performance,combined with modern information technology,such as big data,on the results of student development accompanying data collec⁃tion and student portrait.The premise of“long-term observation”,“accurate record”and“objective judgment”is the credit of evaluation culture,evaluation system,evaluation institution and evaluation subject.Credit is the lifeblood of the scientific opera⁃tion of value-added student development assessment.However,due to the influence of China’s traditional credit culture,the prominent credit crisis in the field of education and the existence of dishonest phenomenon in the evaluation of students’develop⁃ment,there is a risk of credit in the evaluation of students’development.It is necessary to build a credit system for value-added evaluation of student development from the cultivation credit culture,the construction of credit system,the monitoring of an cred⁃it organization,and the statute of the evaluation subject to enhance the authenticity of the process and the reliability of the results of the value-added evaluation of student development and to provide a scientific basis for the promotion of student development,the improvement of teachers’evaluation,and the standardization of school assessment.
