摘要
职业教育高质量发展和“双高计划”高质量建设的关键在教师。目前,高职院校青年教师专业成长尚存在教学能力不足、发展路径不清晰、岗位实践缺乏、协同培养不足等现象,教师成长体系构建较为缓慢。安徽省域高职院校教师培养协同组织以省域院校协同为手段,以教学能力大赛为抓手,联合开发教师高质量发展标准,联合探索青年教师成长路径,形成了“省域协同”“赛育协同”教师协同培养的区域特色,并为“双高计划”建设中高职青年教师协同培养提供独特示范。
Teachers are the key to the high-quality development of vocational education and the high-quality construction of“Double-high Plan”.At present,as for professional growth of young teachers working in higher vocational institutes,there are some commonly-seen problems such as insufficient teaching ability,unclear individual development path,inadequate post practice and insufficient collaborative training,thus resulting in the relatively slow construction of the system for teachers’growth.The provincial-wide collaborative training community for young teachers working in higher vocational institutes,by means of provincial-wide collaboration of higher vocational institutes,taking the teaching ability contest as the starting point,make joint effort on laying out the teachers’high-quality development standard and exploring the path to the growth of young teachers,so as to help form unique demonstration and local characteristics of collaborative training for young teachers.
