中高职衔接视域下学生职业生涯规划教育

The Students’Career Planning Education in the View of the Convergence of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

随着社会发展和职业教育改革的不断深入,职业生涯规划教育在中高职教育衔接中的作用愈加显著。有效地开展职业生涯规划教育有助于培养学生的规划意识,增强学生自主学习能力,促进高职院校教学模式改革,优化整体教学体系,并最终提高人才培养质量。当前,职业生涯规划教育中存在学生专业认同度低、规划意识淡薄,学校职业规划重理论轻实践、专业师资匮乏,职校生上升通道狭窄等问题。提高职业认知、培养职业兴趣、优化教育资源配置、深化产教融合校企合作、建立综合教育体系、打造专业师资队伍等举措改进职业生涯规划教育,不断提高职业生涯规划教育的效果和质量,为学生的终身发展奠定基础。

The importance of the career planning education is increasing for the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education.Effective implementation of career planning is conducive to training students’planning consciousness,improving their ability in self-learning,promoting the reform of teaching mode,optimize the entire teaching system and finally improve the quality of talent training.Currently there are such problems as low major identification,weak consciousness of planning,emphasizing theory and neglecting practice,lack of professional teaching staff and narrowing promotion channel,in view of which it is feasible to make the career planning education better by raising professional recognition,nurturing interest in profession,optimizing allocation of educational resources,deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,building a comprehensive education system,building a team of professional teaching staff and other countermeasures,so as to continually enhance the effect and quality of career planning education and lay a foundation for students’lifelong development.
